Stainless Steel
This is a 24 x 24 x 6 deep enclosure, made of 316 Stainless steel. It was mounted on an overpass along with 6 similar units. Roadways are very corrosive environments, and we wanted to offer the longest possible life span. However, stainless steel, when it’s new can be very reflective. So these units were painted an off white colour, to help them blend into the overpass railing system.
A Solution That Worked
This project was full of challenges. Designing a unit that allowed for colour change and brightness every 40 feet over a span of 320 feet. With top and bottom LED strip lighting. Thats over 1200 feet.
We ensure all the internal equipment works together to power the external gear.
We design to meet the local municipal and power authority requirements.
